I've been here 12 years and am not disappointed about anything. Eugene does a great job and attentive to our needs as well. I also thank IDM for our get together ❤️ and socials on the patios. It Rocks

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment for living — Cascade View has great staffs for property and maintenance. A affordable, flexible floor plan can choose. Near by school and malls are very convenient.

|Recommended: YesResident — Very friendly staff. Clean and well maintained dwellings and up to date appliances and interiors. Only issue is parking. Rarely available parking for additional occupants. 2 3 bedrooms dwellings should be provided with 2 assigned parking spots, especially in situations were apartments are being rented by roommates.

|Recommended: YesI moved in last year at the beginning of the pandemic and Kim was so helpful with the process. She made signing all the paperwork easy and quick. I was moved in within a week of applying Kim has always been so helpful on any questions. I have now been here a year and a half and my only slight complaint is the parking, cause sometimes people will hog spots for days. Other than that, I love it here Clean, calm, quiet, easy living.

|Recommended: YesSummer Picnic 2021 - Cascade View — This year's Summer picnic was so nicely done by Kim in the lease house and Eugene in maintenance. You could tell they put a lot of hard work in it. Eugene was the official burger hotdog cooker, and he rocked at it, they were so delicious I am signing my third lease this year here at Cascade View Apartments. I feel both safe here and everyone is very friendly.

|Recommended: YesLight and warm apartment — It's nice place, the apartments are cozy and light, which is important for me personally. The parking is very limited, so it's hard to invite someone over. I wish sound isolation was a better, as living with the upstairs neighbors has some challenges. But the stuff are very professional and helpful, and I am enjoying this place. It may be a bit expensive, so think twice about your income before applying.

|Recommended: YesGreat community — Quiet and respectful neighbors. Maintenance and office Karen staff make people feel welcome and comfortable. Less stressful since gated trash area was unlocked to self dump trash.
