|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — my only issue is that guest parking can sometimes be hard to come by and certain residents feel that they have to approve of my visitors in the guest parking. my BF was dropping me off one night, and a lady came out and told him he wasn't allowed to park where he was. It was a guest parking space. She told him he would have to leave because his motor was too loud and she didn't want his truck parked in front of her unit because her windows were open. Well, sorry ma'am, this is a designated visitor space, and the only one left. She told me he could drop me off, and then he would have to leave. I politely told her he could be there up to 24 hours, and we didn't need her permission to park there. Funny little interaction . I have never heard my neighbors, Kim in the office is always knowledgeable and helpful, and remembers me on a first name basis. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion. I love the lay-out of the unit Smart use of space. I downsized from a 3 bedroom 2 bath home to a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. I don't feel cramped for space at all, and love the built in shelves in the unit. Everybody that comes over tells me how CUTE the unit is
|Recommended: YesPeaceful — This is a great place to live. Very peaceful. The apt. looked like new when I moved in. I didn't have to do ANY cleaning. It was spotless. Well taken care of.
|Recommended: YesThe manager is excellent in managing the property and it's tenants in a careing and respectful way. She is always prompt when dealing with any maintenance request or issues. — The care of the property is excellent. The tenants are nice and quiet. If you have any issues they are handled promptly. Maintenance is handled with quality and satisfaction for the tenant.
|Recommended: YesGreat complex and community — My wife and I have been living here for just under a year and it has been the best apartment experience we have ever dealt with the neighbors are kind and polite and the staff if very professional and helpful.
|Recommended: YesSuch a nice location — I have really enjoyed living here at Cascade View Apartments. It is quiet, well designed and Kim in the front office is very friendly.

|Recommended: YesProfessional — I really like the professionalism of this complex. They treat you as you should be treated, like a human. Yeah things happen in apartment complexes but if you have patience as this staff does it will get taken care of. I really enjoy speaking to Kim our office manager Landlady. She is so nice and attentive. If you have any concerns she tends to make them a priority.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live for the Price — It's a great place to live for the price. Especially, when other apartments charge an amount equal to or greater than you would be paying for if you had your own home mortgage payment. The neighbors for the most part keep to themselves. Cascade View apartments are a great option for those not wanting to live in a house of their own.
